Peconic View
Cottage 5
The Classic retains much of the character of the original cottage, with knotty pine interiors and layers of jute, bamboo, glass, and woven materials. Beautiful new furnishings bring a fresh layer of refinement to the two-bedroom cottage.
Original knotty pine gives the living and dining spaces their warm, natural character. Jean's French provincial breakfront remains a beautiful link to the cottage's past.
The beach-themed primary bedroom is large, comfortable, and relaxing, with its own sitting area to unwind in.
The second bedroom is currently arranged with two twin beds and a playful Montauk theme, with custom whale and lighthouse artwork bringing a personal coastal touch to the room.
The cottage's full bath includes a tub-and-shower combination and a classic pedestal sink.
Flowering pots, hydrangeas, and ornamental grasses surround the patio, where a picnic table and new Weber grill set the scene for summer meals outdoors. The broad lawn beyond has hosted generations of summer picnics, preserving one of the simplest pleasures of cottage life here.
All six cottages are located on the same Peconic Bay waterfront property, extending from the road to the private beach.
Fourteen-night stays currently range from approximately $2,500 in the off-season to $7,000 during peak summer. Rates vary by dates and are subject to change.
