Deep orange, amber, and purple banded sunset sky over Peconic Bay

No Two Sunsets
Are Ever the Same.

Every evening here is another work of art, a story unfurling that has to be seen to be believed. Fuchsia one evening, gold the next, violet the one after that, and sometimes, the red sky at night in which sailors delight.

We welcome you. Be drawn in.

It began with the view.
But it became so much more.

In the early 1950s, Jean and Joe Rottino discovered a quiet stretch of waterfront high above the Peconic Bay. Friends and family thought it too far, too remote, and too unlikely. Jean and Joe saw something else entirely. They bought the land, built the cottages, and began a story that would unfold here for generations — one shaped by the bay, the people who returned year after year, and the memories made between them.

The Bay Is Yours
to Explore.

Wander down to your own stretch of shoreline and spend the day by the water. Bring your kayak, paddleboard, canoe, or windsurfer and head out right from the beach. Boaters may also be able to anchor or moor just offshore, subject to local rules and permitting. Prefer to stay on land? Settle in with a chair, an umbrella, and a good book, or simply bask in the sun.

As evening falls, enjoy wine and cheese at sunset, stroll to Meschutt Beach for live music, watch fireworks over the bay, or relax beneath the shooting stars. As much or as little as you like is yours here.
